All wineries need fresh bottle images to feed the social media beast. Unfortunately, they can be fairly expensive to create. I've been on shoots with caterers, stylists, marketing people, public relations people, assistants, and then little ol' me in rented houses or restaurants.
In order to keep the production value high and the costs low, I've been collaborating with Danielle Gibson to create pop-up shops for bottle shots and other lifestyle images. We reach out to wineries who can then select the types of images they're needing, and we (really she) creates little vignettes for me to photograph the bottles. So far, we've photographed over 200 bottles this way.
