Festival Napa Valley is the best twelve days of summer. The festival is a celebration of the arts and a raiser of funds for music programs in our school district. FNV has given more than a $1 million to Napa schools.
This is my fourth year shooting all the events. And it's a lot of events. There were lunches every day, dinners every night, and daily musical performances. These are the biggest, most lavish parties in the valley, and they happen every day for almost two weeks. There was so much camera candy to capture. All the images were delivered before I went to bed each night, and some were even delivered while the event was still happening by transferring images from my camera to my phone.
I still can't believe what I get to experience because of my ability to operate a camera. The things I do, the people I meet, the places I go...all because of my camera.
